Cookie Policy

This policy explains how the Saujana website uses cookies — small files placed on your device when you visit — and how you can control them. We keep this straightforward on purpose: most of what we use is limited to the basics needed for the site to function.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer, phone, or tablet when you visit. They stay there and are sent back to the website on your next visit, allowing the site to remember certain things about you or your session.

Cookies are not programs — they cannot carry or install software, and they cannot access other files on your device. They simply store a small piece of information that the website you're visiting placed there.

Websites use them for things like keeping you logged in, remembering language preferences, understanding which pages are most visited, and in some cases showing relevant advertisements. Not all of these apply to the Saujana website — we describe exactly what we use below.

Cookies We Use

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on this site are placed by third-party services that we use to operate and improve the website. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review if you have concerns.

Google Analytics

Provides anonymised statistics on website traffic and user behaviour. Data is retained by Google in line with their data retention policy.

Facebook / Meta

Facebook Pixel tracks enquiries and conversions linked to Facebook advertising campaigns. Governed by Meta's own cookie and data policy.

Microsoft / Bing

Bing Universal Event Tracking (UET) records conversions linked to Bing Ads campaigns. Governed by Microsoft's privacy policy.

Google Ads

Conversion tracking for Google Ads campaigns. Records when visitors complete enquiry actions after arriving via a Google ad.

How Long Do Cookies Last?

Cookies fall into two categories based on how long they remain on your device:

Session Cookies

These exist only for the duration of your browser session. When you close your browser, session cookies are automatically deleted. They are typically used for site functionality during a single visit.

Persistent Cookies

These remain on your device for a set period even after you close your browser. Common durations range from 30 days (marketing pixels) to 2 years (analytics identifiers). You can delete them manually via your browser settings at any time.

Manage Your Cookie Preferences

Use the toggles below to choose which optional cookie categories you are comfortable with. Essential cookies cannot be switched off as they are needed for basic site functionality. Your choices are saved to your browser and will also be reflected on the main Saujana website.
