How Saujana Came Together
Saujana was established in Melaka after its founders noticed a gap that few services were filling well. Families across the city were juggling work, school runs, and household responsibilities while also trying to make sure an older parent or grandparent was comfortable and looked after at home. The coordination alone — who does what, when, and how — was quietly exhausting everyone involved.
The name Saujana carries a meaning that felt right from the start: a broad, open view — the kind of calm perspective you get when you step back and see the whole picture rather than only the immediate task in front of you. That's what we try to bring to each family arrangement.
We coordinate general household assistance, errand organisation, and caregiver guidance — all framed around companionship, family communication, and day-to-day comfort. Nothing we do claims to replace or replicate professional regulated services; what we offer is well-organised, warm, practical coordination.

Careful Helper Coordination
Every household helper we coordinate has been personally introduced and assessed for reliability, familiarity with older adults, and household competence before being placed.
Family Information Privacy
Household details, routines, and family preferences are never shared beyond the coordination team directly involved. Privacy is built into every part of our process.
Written Arrangements
Each arrangement is documented in clear, plain language so the family always knows what has been agreed, what to expect, and how to request changes.
Regular Check-in Updates
Families receive regular updates via their preferred channel — phone call, message, or written summary — so they stay informed without needing to chase information.
Flexible Adjustments
Routines change. We make it straightforward to adjust session timing, task lists, or scope at short notice, without paperwork or friction.

Home Assistance Coordination in Melaka
Saujana works with families across Melaka Tengah and surrounding areas to put practical, friendly household support in place for older adults living at home. The arrangements we coordinate are built around three broad areas: general daily living assistance, family caregiver guidance, and weekly meal and grocery organisation.
What distinguishes Saujana from informal or ad hoc arrangements is the consistency and communication we bring. A family might already have a household helper or a willing relative, but the coordination layer — keeping track of tasks, communicating changes, and making sure the older adult's preferences are understood — often falls through the gaps. Saujana fills that layer thoughtfully.
All arrangements are private and arranged directly between Saujana and the family. We work from our base at Jalan Bendahara in central Melaka and can be reached by phone or email during office hours. Families are welcome to call with questions before making any commitment.
